Just had my Inverter replaced under warranty. I didn't even know it was faulty until Sophie contacted me asking to check it out. A couple of days later it started to fail. Sophie was onto it straight away. Kept me informed through the whole process. What a legend. Scott came and replaced it this morning. Really great people these guys. The response to our broken hot water timer was excellent. A replacement timer was sourced and fitted the next day. The technician was very helpful and answered my questions, as have all the Tenmen staff that have been involved with me for other work as well. Very happy to give them a referral.

Just an update on my review; I have been dealing with Tenmen for about 9 years now and their service still continues to be excellent. I just replaced my 7.1W aircon unit, the team arrived exactly as discussed with plenty of text updates. Unfortunately, the head unit was larger than expected and wouldn't fit the space on my unit wall. No problem, new aircon sourced and fitted without an issue. Fantastic work.I have been using Tenmen electrical since moving to Caloundra 2.5 years ago. This includes a full renovation and a couple of air conditioning units. I cant recommend this company highly enough. They are excellent tradespeople (dealt mainly with Saxon and Issac) and they were able to recommend and supply great products and find innovative solutions to the problems that always occur. They have excellent communication and turn up when they say they will. There after sales service is fantastic. 100% recommended.

We recently had a 16kW Ducted system installed in our house and our experience right from the quote with Isaac, communication with Sophie and the installation team has been great. Everyone was on time with the job very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Would not hesitate to recommend Tenmen for a job to get done professionally.

I received my quote fast and was booked in fast to get our aircon installed. Great service and very happy with the result!
