Tenmen electrical have a strong appetite for customer satisfaction, once taking on a ducted aircon replacement that no-one else wanted and many other occasions taking the effort to ensure a quick response.

Just had my Inverter replaced under warranty. I didn't even know it was faulty until Sophie contacted me asking to check it out. A couple of days later it started to fail. Sophie was onto it straight away. Kept me informed through the whole process. What a legend. Scott came and replaced it this morning. Really great people these guys. The response to our broken hot water timer was excellent. A replacement timer was sourced and fitted the next day. The technician was very helpful and answered my questions, as have all the Tenmen staff that have been involved with me for other work as well. Very happy to give them a referral.
